Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Tele Sales Agent with a minimum of +1 years of real estate industry experience in Dubai. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, generating sales opportunities, setting appointments between property consultants and potential clients, and acquiring new property listings from owners.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle all inbound and outbound calls with potential sellers, landlords, and buyers.
Generate quality leads and schedule meetings between property consultants and clients.
Contact property owners to secure listings for resale and rental.
Build and maintain a strong client database.
Assist in promoting company services to increase sales opportunities.
Ensure all client information is accurately recorded in the CRM system.
Support property consultants with lead qualification and follow-ups.
Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 years of experience in the Dubai real estate industry (mandatory).
Strong communication and telesales skills with a confident phone presence.
Ability to generate listings and set quality appointments.
Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage (Arabic, Hindi/Urdu, etc.).
Familiarity with real estate CRM systems and listing portals (preferred).
Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated personality.
