Fine Arc Properties is looking for a motivated and results-driven
Telesales Agent
to join our dynamic real estate team. If you have excellent communication skills, confidence on calls, and at least
1 year of telesales experience
in any relevant industry, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients from company-provided leads.
Promote real estate services, available properties, and investment opportunities.
Understand client needs, arrange properties, and schedule property viewings for the sales team.
Maintain daily call logs and update CRM records.
Follow up with prospects to convert inquiries into qualified leads.
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of telesales experience
(any relevant industry).
Fluent in English
with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Positive attitude, energetic personality, and ability to handle targets.
Basic understanding of real estate is a plus (training will be provided).
Currently based in Dubai.
