Telesales Agent
Job Description
WE ARE HIRING
We are seeking experienced sales agents for Forex, Commodities, and CFD products in the US and global markets. Only candidates with proven telesales experience will be considered.
Responsibilities:
Achieve daily KPIs and sales targets.
Develop strategies to improve lead conversion and client acquisition.
Monitor calls to ensure compliance and high-quality communication.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience (Forex/CFD/Commodities preferred).
Strong knowledge of trading platforms (MT4/MT5 preferred).
Proven track record as a successful telesales agent.
Excellent communication, leadership, and motivational skills.
Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
