Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential leads and existing clients to promote real estate projects.
Explain property details, pricing, and location advantages clearly and professionally.
Generate interest and qualify leads based on their requirements.
Schedule and coordinate
site visits
for interested clients.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM or Excel sheets.
Build and maintain good customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in speaking with clients over the phone.
Prior experience in
telecalling, real estate, or sales
is preferred (freshers are also welcome).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in
real estate telecalling or lead generation.
Fluency in
English and local languages
(Arabic, English, Spanish, French, Chinese)
