A l Capital Real Estate is a dynamic and forward-thinking real estate firm specializing in premium properties across Dubai's most sought-after communities. We are expanding our sales team and are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Specialist to help us grow our client base and strengthen client relationships. If you are passionate about real estate and excel in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Conversion:
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, qualify leads, and schedule property viewings for the sales team.Client Engagement:
Promote Al Capital's exclusive property portfolio, highlight key features, and build lasting relationships with buyers and tenants.CRM Management:
Accurately record and track client interactions and follow-ups using our CRM system.Market Awareness:
Stay updated on Dubai real estate trends, property values, and competitor activity to better serve clients.Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in telesales within the UAE real estate market. Full professional proficiency in English. Multilingual preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Target-driven, proactive, and able to work well in a team environment.
