Job Summary:

We are seeking a

female Telecaller

to connect with property owners in Dubai and generate leads for properties available for rent or sale. The role involves collecting property information, coordinating with owners, and supporting our listing agents to secure new listings. This position offers a

fixed salary plus attractive commission

for every property successfully sourced.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to property owners to source properties for rent or sale. Collect property details and required documentation from owners. Schedule appointments for listing agents to visit properties. Maintain accurate records of calls, property details, and follow-ups. Coordinate with sales and property management teams for smooth onboarding of properties. Build strong relationships with property owners through excellent communication and service.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or real estate is preferred. Excellent spoken English; Arabic knowledge is a plus. Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills. Friendly, professional, and detail-oriented. Target-driven with the ability to work independently.

Compensation:

Fixed monthly salary. Attractive commission for every property successfully sourced. Incentives for meeting or exceeding targets.
