Key Responsibilities
Contact potential and existing clients via phone, email and WhatsApp to promote property projects.
Present and explain off-plan investment opportunities in a professional manner.
Generate qualified leads and set up appointments for property viewings or meetings.
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Provide consistent follow-ups to clients to build trust and close deals.
Deliver exceptional customer service before and after the sales process.
Keep records of calls, client interactions, and sales progress in the CRM.
Requirements
Proven at least one year experience in
telesales, real estate and customer services
in UAE.
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a results-driven mindset.
Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office.
Positive attitude, self-motivated and team player.
