Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential buyers, investors, or tenants to promote property listings and real estate investment opportunities.
Qualify leads and identify potential clients based on their preferences, budget, and location requirements.
Schedule property viewings and appointments with sales agents or brokers.
Provide accurate information about property features, pricing, payment plans, and legal documentation.
Maintain and update the CRM system with client details and call notes.
Follow up with leads regularly to nurture interest and convert to sales.
Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets as set by the sales team.
Assist in marketing campaigns, open houses, or real estate exhibitions when required.
Stay informed about current market trends, available properties, and developer offers.
Skills and Qualifications:
Previous experience in telesales or telemarketing (real estate experience preferred).
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle objections and persuade clients effectively.
Basic understanding of the real estate sales process.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software.
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or real estate is a plus).
Fluency in English and/or local language.
