Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products/services.
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and referrals.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers.
Maintain a database of customer interactions, feedback, and sales progress.
Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve objections effectively.
Work closely with the marketing and sales team to align strategies.
Provide input on customer needs and market trends.
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or bachelor's degree (preferred).
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales.
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Persuasive and confident with objection-handling ability.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Basic computer proficiency (CRM software experience is a plus).
Target-driven, self-motivated, and resilient under pressure.
