Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote our real estate services and property listings.
Handle inbound inquiries from potential buyers, sellers, and tenants.
Maintain a database of leads, update client records, and track all sales activities.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Follow up with potential leads through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by management.
Provide feedback on market trends, client needs, and sales opportunities.
Work closely with the marketing team to optimize lead conversion.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role (real estate experience preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
Multilingual is preferred
