Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective and existing patients through calls and chats, promoting our products and services while achieving high sales targets.

1) Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Interactions: Make calls/chats to prospective and existing patients to promote and sell our products/services. Lead Generation: Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through listings, research, and networking. Sales Goals: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and objectives through effective selling techniques. Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services, as well as industry trends, to provide accurate information to patients. Engagement: Build rapport with patients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet those needs. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and patients' interactions in the CRM system. Collaboration: Work closely with the patient relations, call center teams, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and process improvement.
2) Qualifications:

Previous experience in telesales or a similar role for 5 years. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build relationships and rapport with clients. Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets. Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Applications. Proficiency in selling using the English language is a MUST. Knowledge of the medical industry and market trends is a plus.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
