Telesales Agent
Job Description
We are looking for a driven Telesales Representative to join our real estate team. The role involves generating sales leads, promoting our services, and closing deals over the phone. Key responsibilities include conducting outbound calls, responding to inquiries, scheduling viewings, and maintaining client relationships. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and experience in sales or customer service, preferably within the real estate sector. Key Responsibilities:
Outbound calls to potential clients
Handling inbound inquiries
Scheduling property viewings
Maintaining customer database
Achieving sales targets
Requirements:
Proven experience in tele sales, preferably in real estate or a similar industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Fluency in English (French, Arabic, Italian will be added advantage)
