Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven
Telesales Executive
to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable speaking on the phone with several customers each day to discuss products or services, generate interest, and close sales. You should be persuasive, energetic, and ready to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:
Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services. Answer questions about products or the company. Understand customer requirements and close sales over the phone. Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information in the CRM. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs. Follow up with prospective clients to maintain relationships and encourage repeat business. Handle objections and negotiate to achieve win-win outcomes. Participate in training and sales meetings to enhance performance. Work collaboratively with the sales team to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
