Proactive Telesales Agent with 2 years of experience in logistics, specializing in lead generation and sales conversion. Responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating outbound calls, and presenting tailored logistics solutions to drive business growth. Strong ability to build relationships, qualify leads, and convert inquiries into confirmed shipments.
Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls and follow-ups Promote logistics and freight services to prospective clients Understand customer requirements and offer suitable service solutions Maintain a pipeline of potential clients and track progress using CRM tools Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth Coordinate with operations to ensure seamless service delivery
Qualifications:
Must have 2 years experience in logistics industry.
Experience in generating leads.
