Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge including current listings, pricing, and market trends.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of interactions in the CRM system.
Coordinate with sales agents and property consultants to ensure a smooth client handover.
Handle objections and provide solutions to client queries effectively.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
