We are hiring Telesales Agents who are motivated and target-driven. If you have good communication skills and enjoy talking to people, this job is for you!
Training will be provided--no prior experience required.
:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients. Answer inbound calls and respond to client inquiries about Forex trading. Provide basic information on how Forex trading works and our platform features. Guide clients through the account registration and funding process. Promote trading services and encourage platform usage. Maintain a professional and helpful attitude in all client interactions. Keep records of calls and update client information in the system. Understanding prospects / clients requirement & needs for providing relevant information & timely market information accordingly
Experience:
Freshers & Experienced both can apply*
Languages preferred:
Malayalam, Hindi, English, Tamil, Kannada. Strong communication and persuasion skills.
