Rijas Development is looking for motivated and energetic Telesales Agents to join our dynamic sales team. As a key part of the lead conversion process, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing them to our real estate projects, and setting up qualified meetings for our sales executives.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients from our CRM database and marketing leads
Promote and explain real estate projects (residential/commercial) and their benefits
Handle client inquiries and respond professionally via call, WhatsApp, or email
Schedule appointments and follow up on leads to ensure maximum conversion
Maintain daily call logs and update client information in CRM
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads
Requirements:
Minimum intermediate/A-levels; Bachelor's preferred
1-2 years of telesales/customer service experience (real estate preferred)
Fluent in English and Urdu (Arabic is a plus for UAE roles)
Excellent communication and persuasive skills
Confident, energetic, and target-driven
Familiarity with CRM software and call tracking tools is a plus
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of the real estate sector or development projects
Ability to handle objections and close appointments professionally
Strong interpersonal skills and telephone etiquette
