Job Description
Role Summary:
We are seeking skilled and motivated Telesales Agents to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for potential and existing clients, you will provide outstanding client service, respond to inquiries, and assist with sales-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing client inquiries professionally and promptly.
Cross-sell and upsell relevant investment plans, rental options, or services based on customer needs.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Update call information following company standard operating procedures.
Conduct cold calls to potential clients to generate interest in our properties.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center or tele sales role.
Exceptional customer service skills with active listening abilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
Professional phone etiquette with a clear and pleasant voice.
