Handle inbound inquiries from customers seeking travel information.
Convert leads into bookings through persuasive communication and product knowledge.
Follow up on warm leads, previous inquiries, and past customers.
2. Customer Support & Consultation
Provide detailed information about destinations, tour packages, flights, hotels, and pricing.
Suggest suitable travel options based on customer requirements and budget.
Respond to customer questions and resolve concerns professionally.
3. Database & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and booking details in the CRM system.
Update customer databases and ensure all interactions are logged.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on leads, calls made, and sales conversions.
4. Coordination
Coordinate with the sales, operations, and reservations team for booking confirmations.
Communicate customer requirements clearly to ensure smooth service delivery.
Assist in marketing campaigns and promotions by making promotional calls.
Skills & Qualifications Required Skills
Strong communication and persuasive skills.
Telephone etiquette and polite customer handling.
Ability to sell products convincingly.
Knowledge of travel packages, destinations, and visa services (preferred).
