Tele-Sales Representative
An educational academy in Abu Dhabi is seeking a proactive
Tele-Sales Representative
to join our team on a Basic Salary withcommission
basis. If you have strong communication skills and enjoy closing deals over the phone, we'd love to hear from you.Responsibilities:
Contact potential clients and introduce the academy's services. Follow up with leads and maintain a clear sales pipeline. Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets. Provide accurate information and support to interested clients.
Requirements:
Previous tele-sales or call center experience is preferred. Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and meet targets. Positive attitude and professional phone etiquette.
Compensation:
Commission only (no fixed salary) + high incentives based on performance.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
