Conduct outbound telesales calls & generate B2B leads
Explain features & benefits of cleaning/hygiene products
Manage order entries, sales records & coordinate deliveries
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Handle professional emails and communication in English (Arabic is a plus)
Meet sales targets and deadlines through effective time management
Use CRM, ERP & MS Office tools effectively
Required Skills & Experience:
Experience in telesales/inside sales (cleaning, hygiene, or FMCG sectors preferred)
Familiarity with tenders, bulk sales, up-selling & cross-selling
Knowledge of logistics, inventory & safety/ISO standards
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Certifications in sales or customer service are a plus
Fluency in Arabic or regional languages is advantageous
