Responsibilities
Make and receive
back-to-back calls
Generate leads and support the sales team
Follow up with clients and update their details
Assist the
CEO
with scheduling, coordination, and admin work
Update CRM and maintain proper client records
Prepare daily and weekly reports
Handle general office admin duties
Requirements
Minimum 2 years experience in telesales (mandatory)
Must be confident and comfortable with high call volume
Good communication skills in English (Hindi/Urdu is a plus)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM)
Organised, professional, and presentable
