We are hiring a proactive, organized, and sales-savvy
Telesales & Real Estate Admin
to manage both lead outreach and back-end support for our real estate operations. This is a dual-role position ideal for someone who thrives in both communication and coordination, and wants to grow within a fast-paced real estate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Telesales Duties:
Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads from our database
Qualify buyer/seller inquiries and book appointments for the sales team
Handle inbound inquiries professionally and promptly
Maintain follow-up routines and lead nurturing through CRM
Meet weekly call and lead conversion targets
Admin Duties:
Assist agents with listing documentation, agreements, and compliance
Schedule property viewings and manage calendars
Update and manage CRM and internal databases
Support marketing tasks (property brochures, listings, email updates)
Coordinate with clients, developers, and third-party vendors as needed
Requirements:
Experience in telesales, admin, or real estate (preferred)
Excellent phone manner and communication skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy (Excel, Google Workspace, CRM)
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
