Job Description
Performs maintenance and repair of telephone equipment.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties
1. Performs plant maintenance. Installs and repairs single line telephones, cables and wirings. Repairs outside plant facilities and equipment. 2. Disassembles repairs, adjusts and interconnects various equipment and new units. 3. Uses hand tools and power tools. 4. Participates in self and Hospital quality improvement plant preferred. 5. Follows all Hospital-related policies and procedures. 6. Participates in self and other’s education, training and development, as applicable. 7. Performs other related duties as may be assigned.Education
Associate Degree (two years) in Telecommunications or Electronic, or any other related discipline required.Experience Required
One (1) year or related experience in radio system maintenance required.Other Requirements(Certificates)
