What you'll do
Make outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our products and services with enthusiasm.
Utilize CRM software to track interactions, manage leads, and maintain accurate customer records.
Conduct warm calls to follow up on leads generated from marketing efforts.
Engage in B2B sales conversations, understanding client needs and presenting appropriate solutions.
Demonstrate exceptional communication skills to build rapport and trust with clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies and optimize outreach efforts.
Negotiate terms and close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Basic qualifications
Proficient in English with excellent verbal communication skills.
Minimum Graduation Degree
Preferred qualifications
Experience in telemarketing or inside sales roles.
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software.
Background in technology sales or technical sales environments.
Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record in business development.
1-2 Years experience in courier industry
