Telephone Sales Representative
to join our growing team and contribute to our success.
Key Responsibilities:
Make
200+ outbound calls daily
to potential clients from company-provided leads.
Present and promote property listings effectively over the phone.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Arrange and attend client meetings and property viewings.
Follow up with leads to maximize conversion.
Maintain accurate records of calls, client details, and sales progress in CRM.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales, preferably in real estate or related field.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
High level of motivation, persistence, and resilience.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Basic computer skills and CRM knowledge.
Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
