Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated
Telesales Executive
to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing clients over the phone, promoting our products/services, and achieving sales targets. Strong communication and persuasive skills are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct
outbound and inbound calls
to potential and existing customers.
Generate and qualify leads
, maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
Present and explain products/services,
addressing customer queries
effectively.
Maintain records
of interactions, sales, and client information in CRM systems.
Build and maintain
long-term relationships
with clients to maximize sales opportunities.
Achieve or exceed
monthly and quarterly sales targets
set by management.
Collaborate with the sales team and management to improve strategies and outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience:
1 year in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service.
Communication:
Excellent spoken and written English; proficiency in Arabic, Hindi, or other languages is a plus.
Personal Attributes:
Persuasive, confident, goal-oriented, and resilient under pressure.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary:
AED 2,000 - AED 3000 per month (depending on experience).
