Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.
Answer incoming calls from customers and resolve queries.
Provide accurate information about products/services.
Follow up with prospects via calls/emails.
Maintain a database of customer information and update records regularly.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call targets and sales goals.
Handle customer objections and resolve their concerns professionally.
Schedule appointments or product demonstrations if required.
Work closely with the sales or marketing team.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
