Answer guest calls promptly and professionally, ensuring a warm and friendly tone
Coordinate effectively with all departments to fulfill guest requests quickly and accurately
Manage the hotel's wake-up call system and ensure timely execution
Maintain updated knowledge of hotel facilities, local attractions, and services to assist guests
Use Opera or similar hotel software to access guest profiles and preferences
Accurately take and relay messages for guests and management
Ensure seamless operation of the switchboard and maintain communication logs
Handle all internal and external calls in line with Sofitel's service standards
Job Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a telephone operator or similar front office role in the hospitality industry
Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
Familiarity with hotel systems like Opera is an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Well-groomed with a professional and welcoming demeanor
High attention to detail and commitment to exceptional service
