Key Responsibilities:
Handle all incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Ensure all guest requests, inquiries, and issues are addressed efficiently and logged accurately.
Provide clear, concise information about the hotel's facilities, services, and local attractions.
Assist with wake-up call requests and internal communication between departments.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Handle emergency and priority calls following hotel protocol.
Requirements:
Female candidate fluent in
Arabic and English
(spoken and written).
Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail.
Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
Flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays.
