Job Description
1. To answer and connects all incoming calls courteously and professionally. 2. Records messages, attends incoming and outgoing faxes. 3. Records and places guests' wake up calls. 4. Logging and maintains a daily accurate record for all outgoing calls and faxes in accordance with the established system. 5. Preferably with hotel experience. 6. Knowledge in Opera.
