Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Telephone Operator (UAE Nationals) at Dublin Health Services - Investment & Management in Abu Dhabi. The Telephone Operator will be responsible for managing and operating the switchboard, ensuring excellent phone etiquette and providing customer support through effective communication. Qualifications
- Should be UAE Nationals only
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Experience with switchboard operations and customer support
- Ability to handle multiple phone calls and manage time effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree a plus
- Fluency in Arabic and English languages
- Abu Dhabi (Required)
- Abu Dhabi: Relocate before starting work (Required)
