: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Telemarketing Representative to join our sales team. The Telemarketing Representative will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products and services, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell our products and services
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Build rapport with customers and identify their needs to suggest relevant products and services
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales leads using company software
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Participate in product training and team meetings to improve sales skills and product knowledge
- Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and secure repeat business
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor\'s degree in marketing or a related field is a plus
- Proven experience in telemarketing or sales, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle rejection
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Preferred women having husband visa
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
