Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Introduce company products/services and explain features and benefits.
Generate leads, fix appointments, or close sales depending on company requirements.
Maintain customer database and update call records.
Follow up on customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Handle customer objections politely and professionally.
Ensure high-quality customer service and maintain company image.
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to improve call scripts and strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum high school/Intermediate; bachelor's degree preferred.
Good communication skills in Urdu/English (as required).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
Confident, polite, and persuasive on call.
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
Previous telemarketing or call center experience is a plus.
