Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telemarketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and a proactive approach to handling customer inquiries and booking appointments. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce our eye-care services and promotions.
Schedule appointments for eye exams and follow-up consultations.
Provide accurate information about our products and services to assist customers with their inquiries.
Maintain a database of customer contacts and track interactions in excel.
Achieve set targets for calls and appointments.
Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to coordinate campaigns and promotional offers.
Requirements:
Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or a related field preferred.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in handling emails and queries
Ability to handle rejections and remain positive under pressure.
Fluent in English other languages will be a plus.
