Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic
Telemarketing Executive
to support our sales and customer service operations. The ideal candidate should be confident, result-oriented, and capable of engaging professionally with customers over the phone. This role involves appointment booking, follow-up calls, and promoting company services.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to introduce company services and campaigns.
Book appointments for corporate eye checkups and store visits.
Provide product and service information in a clear and professional manner.
Maintain call logs and customer records using Excel.
Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into appointments.
Meet daily and monthly call/appointment targets.
Handle customer queries and concerns courteously.
Support marketing campaigns and promotions when required.
Requirements
Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service preferred.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Confident telephone manner with persuasive communication style.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in basic computer applications (Excel, Email, WhatsApp Business).
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Fluent in English
