Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Telemarketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and a proactive approach to handling customer inquiries and scheduling appointments. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce our eye-care services and promotions. Schedule appointments for eye exams and follow-up consultations. Provide accurate information about our products and services to assist customers with their inquiries. Maintain a customer database and record interactions in CRM software. Achieve set targets for calls and appointments. Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to coordinate campaigns and promotional offers.
Requirements:

Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or a related field preferred. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in using CRM software and basic computer applications. Ability to handle rejections and remain positive under pressure. Fluency in English (other languages are a plus). Available for immediate joining.
