- Contacting potential customers or clients via phone to promote medical products or services.
- Providing information about products or services, including their features, benefits, and pricing.
- Generating leads and identifying potential new customers.
- Making sales pitches and closing deals over the phone.
- Maintaining accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in a customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Responding to customer inquiries and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
- Following up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and build customer loyalty.
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments, as well as the latest products and services offered by the company.
- Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective telemarketing strategies.
