- Persuade the customer to schedule an online meeting with our Real Estate Agent\'s.
- Accurately record the client\'s personal information in our system and follow established processes.
- Go the extra mile to meet booking quotas and facilitate future sales.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, sales, and any useful information.
- Currently residing in Dubai.
- Fluent in English and proficiency in any additional languages is a significant advantage.
- Working knowledge of relevant computer programs, such as CRM software, and telephone systems.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Working well in a team, communicate openly, and support colleagues to achieve common goals.
- Persistent, results-oriented, and patient, capable of handling customer rejection effectively.
