JD FOR SALES MANAGER:
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Growth
? Develop and execute sales strategies to expand Mulk Med Healthcare's reach.
? Identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential partnerships in the healthcare
ecosystem, locally & internationally.
? Lead negotiations and contract closures with hospitals, clinics, insurance companies,
pharmacies, and corporate clients.
? Drive B2B and B2C sales of Mulk Med's healthcare services and telehealth solutions.
2. Client Relationship Management
? Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare institutions.
? Understand client needs and tailor solutions that align with their requirements.
? Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring a seamless experience with Mulk Med's services.
3. Sales Performance & Market Intelligence
? Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
? Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to refine sales strategies.
? Provide regular reports on sales performance, revenue forecasts, and key opportunities to
senior management.
4. Team Leadership & Collaboration
? Work closely with marketing, operations, and product development teams to enhance
service offerings.
? If applicable, build and manage a high-performing sales team, providing training and
mentorship.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
