Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate Community Manager to build, grow, and energize the community of Renie Bin users. This person will be the voice of the community inside Renie and the face of Renie in the community. You'll inspire people to recycle more, participate in challenges, and celebrate their impact while ensuring their voices shape the future of our platform.
Key Responsibilities
Community Building: Create and grow online and offline spaces (WhatsApp groups, Telegram, social media communities, school/mall activations) for bin users.
Engagement Programs: Design gamified recycling campaigns (leaderboards, school challenges, rewards).
Content & Storytelling: Share user stories, environmental impact wins, and bin performance updates to inspire participation.
Feedback Loop: Collect and channel feedback from bin users, schools, malls, and partners to product and service teams.
Events & Partnerships: Organize workshops, competitions, and awareness events with schools, malls, and corporates.
User Education: Make recycling simple and fun through tutorials, posts, and community guides.
Requirements
Proven experience in community management, social media, or grassroots engagement (bonus if in sustainability, tech, or startups).
Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Ability to engage diverse audiences: students, families, eco-conscious citizens, and corporate partners.
Creative mindset for gamification and engagement campaigns.
Data-driven, able to track community growth and engagement metrics.
