Maintain accurate customer records and update sales databases regularly.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
Support marketing campaigns and promotions through telecommunication channels.
Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and polite communication.
Collaborate with the sales and administration teams to ensure smooth operational flow.
