2- Overall responsibility for planning and delivering Telecom/ICT infrastructure service, including hardware, software, and material.
3- Manage the implementation and operation of the Telecom/ICT infrastructure, Internet & equipment.
4- Manage the technicians\' tasks; coordinate the implementation activities.
5- Liaise with the clients for time-to-time requirements updates.
6- Experience in Structured Cabling Systems (Fiber + Copper).
7- Experience and Hand-on skillset on testing Equipment (Fluke, OTDR, etc.).
8- Good knowledge of ISP standards (FTTH, GPON, ADSL, ISDN, etc.).
9- Good Knowledge of current industry standards (ANSI/TIA/EIA-568, ISO/EIC).
10- Good understanding of Network Equipment, Network Design, and OSI Layers.
11- Hardware installation and support: PCs, LAN printers, badge printers, DVD burners.
12- Provide 24x7 coverage on an on-call basis during on-site emergencies.
13- Experience working and managing under pressure situations and environments, to meet deadlines.
14- Proactive and corrective maintenance of the telecom equipment and infrastructure.
15- Assist with internal communications, including creating and sending MoM memos, newsletters, and emails.
16- Understand and follow the incident response process through event escalations.
17- Able to prioritize responsibilities and adhere to deadlines.
18- Familiar with computer software programs such as word processors, spreadsheet programs, and database systems.
19- Manager to staff or engage service providers; coordinate the implementation activities, particularly.
20- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
21- Make sure that clients\' needs are met as projects evolve.
22- Monitor project progress and report any issues that arise.
23- Act as the point of contact on-site and communicate project status to all participants.
24- Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers.
25- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
