Telecom Sales Executive

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telecom Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Telecom Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our telecom products and services to prospective clients, driving revenue growth, and expanding our customer base.

Responsibilities:

Identify and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Present and demonstrate telecom products and services to potential clients.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate telecom solutions.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales and meet revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and new telecom technologies.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in telecom sales or a related field is preferred.
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to understand and explain technical concepts related to telecom products and services.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
Requirements:

Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Previous experience in telecommunications or technology sales is an advantage.
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Valid driver\'s license and access to transportation.
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
