Position Overview:

IDS Solution is hiring a motivated and experienced

Retention and Telecalling Executive

to join our growing team in

Business Bay, Dubai

. The role focuses on retaining existing customers, handling inbound and outbound calls, and promoting services in a professional manner. Candidates with prior experience in

Etisalat or Du channel partner roles

are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Retain customers by building strong relationships and addressing concerns Execute customer retention strategies to minimize churn Conduct

50-100 outbound calls daily

to existing and potential clients Respond to

inbound calls

with timely and accurate information Communicate ongoing

offers, updates, and solutions

to customers Document all call details, feedback, and follow-up actions using

CRM or Excel

Achieve daily and monthly

retention and sales targets

Support cross-selling and up-selling initiatives Collaborate with internal teams including sales, marketing, and support Prepare and present performance reports for review

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum

1 year of experience

in

telecalling, retention, or customer service

Experience with

Etisalat or Du channel partners

is an advantage Strong communication skills with fluency in

Urdu and/or Hindi

Proficiency in

CRM tools or Excel

for data management Target-driven with strong objection-handling skills Female candidates preferred Ability to manage both

inbound and outbound calls

effectively Strong teamwork and coordination skills
