Telecalling Agent

to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing our services, and nurturing leads for our

Events Management

and

Interior Fit-Out

divisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and leads Confidently present and explain our services in a clear and engaging manner Maintain and update client records and follow-up logs Assist in scheduling meetings or site visits when required Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to support campaigns

Requirements:

Fluency in

both spoken and written English

is a must Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Positive, energetic, and engaging personality Willingness to

work from and travel to Al Quoz Industrial Area 1

Ability to handle rejections gracefully and stay self-motivated Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or a similar role is a plus
