Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and driven

Real Estate Agent

to join our sales team at SRPS Real Estate. This role involves proactive

cold calling

,

outdoor client engagement

, and

lead generation

to drive real estate sales and site visits. The ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator with strong

negotiation skills

, a go-getter attitude, and the ability to represent the company confidently in the field. A

valid driving license is a plus point

, but not mandator.

Key Responsibilities:

Make daily cold calls to potential buyers, investors, and tenants to generate interest in properties Follow up with leads and maintain consistent client communication Conduct field visits to meet clients, coordinate property showings, and support sales closures Distribute marketing materials, conduct local promotions, and scout for fresh lead opportunities in the area Maintain lead databases and update CRM systems with accurate follow-up details Maintain organized records of property listings, contracts, and transactions while supporting agents with scheduling, documentation, and client communications.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, telecalling, fieldwork, or customer interaction (Real estate experience preferred) Excellent

communication

skills in

Hindi and English

(other local languages are a plus) Strong

negotiation

and persuasion skills Self-motivated, confident, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment Willingness to work in the field, travel for meetings and site visits Basic computer skills for data entry and CRM usage

Driving license is a plus point

, especially for ease of travel during site visits Compensation is commission-based, with unlimited earning potential based on sales performance.
