Milestone Homes Real Estate is a leading Dubai-based brokerage specializing in secondary market properties or Off-plan market. We are expanding our team and looking for an energetic
Telecaller
to support our sales department and help grow our client network.
Key Responsibilities:
Call potential clients to promote available secondary market properties.
Generate and qualify leads through outbound calling and follow-ups.
Maintain updated client and property records in the CRM.
Meet daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in real estate telecalling (UAE experience preferred).
Excellent communication and convincing skills in English (Hindi is an advantage).
Confident, motivated, and target-oriented.
Must be currently based in the UAE.
