Trustin Homes Real Estate LLC is a dynamic and growing real estate firm in Dubai, committed to providing exceptional property solutions to our clients. We are seeking enthusiastic Telecallers to join our team and drive customer engagement and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on incoming inquiries.
Promote and provide information about properties and real estate services.
Qualify leads and schedule property viewings for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM.
Build and maintain relationships with clients over the phone.
Achieve daily/weekly targets for calls, leads, and appointments.
Collaborate with the sales team to support marketing campaigns and promotions.
Requirements
Proven experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (real estate experience preferred).
Strong communication and persuasive skills.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and enthusiastic.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
Professional phone etiquette and a strong command of
both English and Arabic
are a must for this role.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
