Job Overview:
We are seeking multilingual telecallers fluent in Turkish, English, and Arabic for a 3-month service call project. The role involves making outbound calls to customers for feedback, service verification, and follow-ups. This is a contractual role ideal for candidates with strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound service calls in Turkish, English, and Arabic.
Handle customer queries professionally
Maintain high levels of call quality and professionalism.
Collaborate with team leads to report issues and share insights.
Requirements:
Fluency in Turkish, English, and Arabic (spoken and written).
Prior experience in customer service or telecalling preferred.
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
